Refund Policy

All wallet balance purchases and deposits made onto the SMS-OTPS platform (using card or cryptocurrency) are strictly final. Once a deposit transaction completes, the funds are 100% non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or returned to your external accounts. Please only add balance that you intend to spend on virtual number orders.

If you request to cancel an active order before an SMS code has been received, or if the carrier times out the number before fulfillment, the lease amount will be **automatically and immediately refunded 100%** back to your SMS-OTPS platform balance. There are no penalty fees or deductions for cancellations.

Once a leased temporary number has reached its designated timeout or expiration state, the session is officially resolved and detached. Expired temporary numbers are strictly non-refundable. SMS-OTPS carries no liability for expired leases that did not receive an SMS due to recipient application-side issues.

Any funds sent to other users via our peer-to-peer balance transfer utility are fully settled immediately. Balance transfers are strictly irreversible and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once executed, our administrators cannot retrieve these funds.
