• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of our temporary virtual numbers complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Because the numbers provided are temporary and virtual, users must understand the privacy limitations of this service:

• Incoming SMS verification messages may be visible to other platform users.
• Virtual phone numbers may be recycled, reused, or reassigned to different users at a future date.
• We accept no liability for unauthorized access to third-party accounts caused by number recycling or public message exposure.

SMS-OTPS acts as an intermediary provider for carrier channels. We do not control carrier routing or third-party service blocking systems:

• Virtual numbers are leased dynamically and may stop working, expire, or become unreachable at any time.
• Specific third-party services and applications may actively block virtual, temporary, or VoIP-associated numbers from registration.
• The successful delivery of SMS messages or OTP codes is not guaranteed, as delivery depends on carrier networks and external routing.
• Accounts verified using our temporary virtual numbers are subject to the policies of the respective platforms, which may suspended, ban, or flag them at a later date.

This service operates independently of any service or company you register on:

• SMS-OTPS is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google, Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
• All product names, logos, brands, and trademarks listed or referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners.
• The inclusion of any service name on our platform does not guarantee acceptance or successful registration on that platform.

The ultimate ownership and outcome of any account created lies solely with the user:

• Users are solely responsible for all actions taken on, and the security of, any accounts created using our services.
• SMS-OTPS is not responsible or liable for any subsequent account bans, suspensions, data losses, or verification failures.

By using this service, you agree to indemnify SMS-OTPS, its operators, employees, and affiliates:

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SMS-OTPS against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal and attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with your misuse of the service.
• You agree to cover all legal costs resulting directly or indirectly from your unlawful conduct or violation of these terms.

Please review our liability limits, which apply to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding the uptime, accuracy, availability, or suitability of our temporary numbers.
• Our total, aggregate liability for any dispute or claim arising from the use of our services is strictly capped at the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction in question.
• Under no circumstances shall SMS-OTPS be liable for lost profits, lost accounts, business interruptions, data losses, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We maintain clear guidelines on data storage and cooperate with regulatory bodies in compliance with legal demands:

• Logs Maintained: We only log details necessary for account verification and transaction processing (such as email, transaction dates, and active orders). We do not record or retain carriers' text message contents once they have been delivered or have expired.
• Retention Period: Active logs are stored only for as long as necessary to maintain user balances and comply with internal accounting procedures. Expired order details are routinely cleared.
• Legal Disclosures: We reserve the right to share information, transaction histories, and access logs with law enforcement authorities, regulators, or government bodies when required to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable local laws.

To use SMS-OTPS, you must meet the age and legal capacity requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence).
• By registering for and utilizing this service, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity, authority, and rights to enter into and abide by this agreement.
